… am Abend. Vermutlich gehört dieser goldige Vierbeiner dem Nachtwächter. Immer wenn es dunkel wird, streunern er und sein Kollege durch den Garten. Ich mag den richtig gerne, der hat so flauschige Öhrchen und ist ganz brav. Aber hier haben die eine etwas andere Beziehung zu Tieren. Hier sind das nur Nutztiere – sowas wie Haustiere kennen die gar nicht. Als wir letztens bei einer Schule waren und auch dort ein Hund herum lief, hab ich einen Schüler gefragt ob das Tier einen Namen hat. Der meinte nur so „dog“ und verscheuchte den Hund, der dann geduckt und mit eingezogener Rute weg lief. Die Frage hätte ich mir auch wirklich klemmen können…
Heute haben wir wieder einige Zeit im Auto verbracht. Zuerst brachten wir zwei Schüler in ein Lehmdorf – die verbringen dort ihre Sommerferien, denn Eltern haben die beiden nicht mehr – eine Mutter (aus dem Lehmdorf) hat sich angeboten, die beiden während der Ferien bei sich aufzunehmen… die Jungs haben sich jedenfalls gefreut… ist vielleicht besser als sein ganzen Leben in der Schule zu verbringen. Die Fahrt dahin war… abenteuerlich. So eine Ruckel-Partie hab ich noch nicht erlebt – selbst hier in Afrika nicht! Danach sind wir in ein Krankenhaus gefahren. Das war sehr groß und glaubt mir, da möchte keiner Patient sein!! Viele Menschen waren da, die Räume waren irgendwie nur duch halbhohe Wände geteilt, pro Zimmer gab es 6-8 Liegen, viele Fliegen flogen herum – Hygiene = Fremdword. Eher würde ich tausende Euro zahlen um mich in Deutschland behandeln zu lassen, als dort nur eine Kanüle gesetzt zu bekommen! No way!!
